Open studios event 14-16 June 2024 »
Always open online

What is Artists at Home?

Artists at Home is an annual open studios scheme normally held over three days in mid-June across Chiswick, Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush. It is an exciting chance to discover new original work for your home and a fun and lively event with many regular visitors.

Once the open studio weekend is over, we are open online all year for enquiries and sales. You can see our work and contact us through our artist pages.

This weekend gives you a more relaxed way to find something special for your home. You may be looking for unique and personal artwork, whether it's your first art purchase or you are adding to your loved collection. You may simply want to enjoy the creativity on offer and bring the family.

Each open studio does things slightly differently – that's what makes visiting such a fun experience. Just look for the signs and ring the doorbell.

Plan your visit

AAH is run on a voluntary basis by the artists themselves. It began with just a few artists over 50 years ago, making it one of the first of its kind, and has continued to grow ever since.

How to find art

You can browse a full list of artists, or plan your route using our interactive map. You can choose your favourite artists before the event, so you'll be able to make the most of the weekend.

If you would like a reminder to be sent to you before the weekend, please join our mailing list by filling in the form at the bottom of the home page.

We will be distributing printed Studio Guides to local letterboxes about two weeks before the event in late May and early June, and you can pick up a copy at our stall at Green Days in Chiswick on 8-9 June. You can also view an interactive PDF of the studio guide or download a copy.
