A love of botanical art grew out of a long career in specialist decorating and mural work, which incorporated these elements into them, and which was the first thing I responded to when moving to the U. K. Classically trained at the Port Elizabeth Technikon in South Africa, I also studied at the Cooper Union in New York, which I graduated from in 1990. I moved to London in 2001. I mostly work on commission, doing portraits and pet portraits, and will have some of my botanical work available as originals and prints, as well as some of my butterfly prints on canvas, of which I painted between thirty and forty, many of which are available to order. I have a parallel body of abstract work, in contrast to my very detailed representational work.

Studio information
The studio is not on the ground floor.
I am the first flat at the top of a long narrow flight of stairs, so accessibility might be difficult for some people.
I am at the First Floor Flat with the bay window above the Juba Express. with the white door entrance. The Intercontinental Grocery Store and the Co-op are across the road. There are two sets of buzzers, one old and one new, and the button is the top on one and the bottom on the other, but they both work. I will have to come down and let you in.
