Drawing, painting
I am a local artist exploring an eclectic range of mediums, subject matter and styles.
Following the study of Liberal Arts College in Connecticut, US, I pursued a career in Clinical Psychology, whilst continuing additional art studies when time allowed. Two years ago, I took a break from clinical practice to commit more time to my art. I am particularly interested in translating my academic and clinical experience into my artwork. My objective is to create work that evokes emotion, debate, and raises questions. I also love local landscapes! I regularly exhibit my work and sell at local craft fair events.
Supporting charitable causes with my artwork is a particular passion of mine. I am ambassador for The Perspective Art Project, a charity tackling the stigma of mental health through art and creativity. I have assisted the curation of their exhibitions, and most recently sold merchandise prints of my artwork at The Affordable Art Fair, Battersea.
I was thrilled to produce and sell Christmas cards in 2019 in aid of Chiswick charity The Tommy Hollis Fund. This Christmas may seem a long way off but please do keep these cards in mind as 100% of all profits go directly to this wonderful charity.
As part of my passion for 'meaningful' artwork, I offer commissioned paintings and sketches of landscapes/ cityscapes. I have worked with many clients local to Chiswick, producing bespoke art of their homes or memorable places. Please see my website and social media pages for examples of my work, and do not hesitate to contact me if you have any enquiries.
